Our senior partner, a graduate from Florida State University (MBA) and University of Florida (Master in economics) with more than 35 years in the industry, has earned a reputation for creating timeless, hand-crafted homes that reflect both architectural integrity and the unique vision of each homeowner. Together, our portfolio includes signature residences in some of Atlanta’s most distinguished communities, including Austin Park, Stone Hall, The Renaissance, The Parc, Yorktown, The Cove, and numerous other high-end estate properties.
Our principal partner, Mr. Eaman Fatemi, a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University, brings a modern, technical edge to our work. He also serves as the project manager and is fully hands-on in all aspects of construction, sales, marketing, and warranty services—ensuring a seamless and responsive experience from the first blueprint to long after the keys are handed over. His engineering expertise complements our traditional craftsmanship, allowing us to offer innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and structural excellence.
